RETURNS & CREDIT PROCEDURES

 Retailers must submit credit requests (Frequent Buyer Reports, Damage or Discrepancy Reports and Customer Returns) via email to orders@avafinapet.com 

  •  Local retailers may submit credits with the AVAPET delivery driver.
  • AVAPET Sales representatives do not handle credits as they do not regularly visit our administrative office.

Order/shipping discrepancies and damages must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery
A photo to support damages is required

ALL RETURNS/CREDIT REQUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN AVAPET RETURN FORM (OR FACSIMILE) AND THE REQUIRED BACKUP, AS OUTLINED ON THE RETURN FORM.
If the required information is missing, credit will be denied.

For product being returned to stock:
Authorization must be obtained before returning goods.

  • AVAPET will not accept product for return purchased more than six months prior
    Returned product must be re-sellable (i.e. no stickers or store markings)
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply
  • Raw pet food is not eligible for store return due to product handling concerns.

 

Credit for Customer Returns must be accompanied by:

  • Store receipt showing credit issued to customer
  • Reason for product return (50% + remaining?)
  • Product UPC and lot# / expiry date

 ALL CREDITS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.

CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR EXPIRED PRODUCT.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

With compliance to this credit and return policy, we will process your credits in a timely manner.
