To support our online resellers’ efforts, AVAPET wishes to establish policies that allow resellers to earn the profits necessary to maintain the high level of customer excellence people appreciate.
AVAPET supports the advertising and promotion of some of its products by online retailers but we need to monitor any discounting of our products as compared to our Suggested Retail Price (SRP).
AVAPET Pet Products requires that all retailers selling online adjust their advertised pricing to be within 5% of our SRPs.
AVAPET, in it's unilateral discretion, will not do business with any reseller, if that reseller
intentionally advertises any MAP Product below its MAP price. The exception would be products that are on sale for an agreed upon length in a given month. The reseller will be given a warning on their first violation and on the second violation, will be unable to sell the product for a 30 day period. If the problem continues, AVAPET will no longer sell to said retailer.
