1. Minimum order for FREE local delivery is $750. If the minimum is not met, a $15 delivery fee will be applied.
2. Orders must be placed by 12PM (noon) one business day prior to delivery day. Orders missing the deadline will be delivered the following week.
3. Local pickup is available with 24-hour notice. No minimum required.

KEY INFORMATION

• Please be mindful of the total weight of kibble, litter, and canned products. Larger bags (e.g., 25 lbs) add up quickly.
• Dry orders include all products except frozen items.
• Off-point charges may apply to remote locations.
• Orders that do not meet the minimum for free delivery will incur a $15 delivery fee.
• For orders below the minimum, a freight charge will apply. Freight charges are calculated as 10% of the order subtotal (freight rebate).
  Example: A $100 order includes $10 freight coverage. Any remaining freight cost not covered by the rebate will be added to the invoice.
• Warehouse Pickup: No minimum required. Please provide 24 hours’ notice. Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
